(2nd fan in pic is what I'm referencing)

Recently my heatsink/fan started to make a lot of noise and i'm trying to find a replacement. I have a LGA 775 motherboard, with a intel core 2 duo cpu. I need to replace the intel stock fan, but i'm not sure what size it is? (how can i measure this?)

Also there's another fan making noise that appears to be a heatsink & Fan that I need to replace but I have no idea what size/what actually to buy to replace it as well. here os a picture of them both:

If you can post me links from neweggs with the replacements I can buy it would be much appreciated.

Any LGA 775 cooler would probably be fine. Your motherboard, the Asus Pn5-d will support a n umber of cooling option the real question is how much room do you have in your case.
This logisys cooler would probably do the job

But if you have room for a larger tower cooler then I'd look at the COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO

The fan on your heat sink appears to be aftermarket because it's not shown on any of the stock images of your motherboard on either Asus's or Newegg's site.

My best guest is it's a 60 or 70 mm fan.
