What I am asking is what would you recommend for a upgrade on my gaming PC or if its fine for now. My usage of my PC is a lot of gaming and file sharing. Below are my system specifications. My budget would be roughly $125 but I am willing to raise the budget if its necessary.

-AMD Phenom II 955 X4 BE

-Stock CPU cooler (loud and annoying)

-Samsung Spinpoint F3 500GB 90GB left (I have a 2TB external drive)

-ATI Radeon 5870 XFX

-ASROCK Extreme3 motherboard

-NZXT Phantom Case (Black) I only have the stock fans inside theres room for 2 more 200mm and 140mm fans.

-OCZ Fatality 550W PSU

-G.Skill 4GB RAM DDR3

The 5870 is roughly equivalent to the GTX560, which seems a sensible mid-range card to me....

Until you are determined to play Crysis or Metro at high settings, you are probably good for a while....

(An aftermarket cpu cooler might let you bump up your multiplier and/or FSB a few notches....)

Well with your budget you cant really upgrade graphics, if your dissatisfied with your graphics performance than you should save some more money and get another HD 5870. You could get more ram (the gskill 2x2gb 1600mhz is on sale for 39.99 on newegg) and an aftermarket cpu cooler since you seem dissatisfied with the stock one. Or you could consider a cheap ssd for a boot drive. If it were me I'd do the ram and cpu cooler. I don't know what kind of monitor setup you have, but you might be able to add another monitor as upgrade option also.

I think I will most likely upgrade my RAM and cpu cooler. Is there a specific Cooler that you would suggest? I was thinking about the Scythe Mugen. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185142&cm_re=scythe-_-35-185-142-_-Product
