A pci card that will run ffxiv

i know that this is a long shot but im looking for a pci video card that will run ffxiv on any setting, but it has to be a pci not a pci express

All PCI cards are below the minimum recommended card for the game.

Additionally, PCI is very old and slow even compared to AGP which was replaced by PCI-e.
