Hi. I have a Cooler Master Cosmos 1000 Ultra Tower case. Now I have seen a deal on Asus Maximus IV Gene-z microATX format motherboard. So my question for you guys is: if I plug a mATX motherboard into an ultra tower case, will there be any heat dissipation issue? Will airflow be damped somehow by the vast space around the motherboard? Thank you in advance for your time!

As long as you have good airflow in the case there should be no issue with heat dissipation. just make sure that your airflow is rational: intake from front bottom, exhaust to back rear.

I came across this video today while looking at case mods, but this kind of shows you that as long as you have a wind-tunnel like effect you're fine.

heat rises, so unless the case is closed off, (no air flow) the heat is not going to remain static, even if you only have one fan.
