Afternoon,

I Have a Gigabyte 5770 and ASUS M4A88T-M-USB3 motherboard.

I am hoping to connect up three monitors (none have Displayport) and one monitor is different resolution.

I don't want to run EyeFinity or play games. Simply for photoshop and similar work.

Thanks Guys.

DisplayPort is required for the 3rd monitor since it use a separate signal processor. Otherwise the video card can only support 2 monitors.

First, not all 5770s are created equal. Does your 5770 card have two DVI, 1 HDMI and 1 miniDP connection?

If you have these connections on the card, you can use a miniDP to DVI or miniDP to HDMI adapter to connect the third non-DP monitor to the card. You can extend the desktop to the different displays and position as necessary in Catalyst Control Center under 'Desktops and Displays'.
