Wireless Internet Works But Doesnt Work

I have 3 computers and an ipod. 2 regular computers 1 laptop. I have caviler for my ISP. I run through a wireless network for the laptop and ipod but the 2 regular computers run on cords to the wirless router. Its been working great but my dad just got a virus. I ran antimalware and spyware, and it seemed fine, but now his internet is out. Ive diabled all firewalls, ive ran ipconfig release and renew, and i cant find the problem. the other computer is working fine and my laptop and ipod have internet. can anyone help. thank you.

When you do the release/renew do you get an IP?

What OS does the computer have?

No i dont. A screen pops up but exits out very quickly. The computer is running on xp.

Go Start then Run in XP, then type in the following, including all the spaces:-

cmd /k ipconfig /all

then press Enter and check if you have an IP
