AMI Bios - One Short beep

Hello everyone,

I have the following comp' :
Asus P8P67
Elixir 1333MHz 2x2GB (two who work in DC).
I5 2500K (Stoke)

* BIOS is a AMI **

When I start the computer I have one short beep.

One short beep: DRAM Refresh Failure
The programmable interrupt timer or programmable interrupt controller has probably failed

Importantly, not touching memories and the computer starts properly, but when I start to make OC to 3.8GHz is up and all is fine, but after some time, blue screens starts, no matter who did it to me even the OC TUNER ...
He passes all the tests, but after a while he does a blue screen .. (3.8?!?!?!).


What to do?
Is still the responsibility, and responsibility falls next month. And I do not want to pay.

Can u run the Memtest or Windows memory diagnostics to rule the RAM issue out??

You may try to do this first.


Can u reset the BIOS?
Reset the CMOS memory the right way as is described in the motherboard manual using the clear CMOS link with the power cord unplugged.
