Dear gents , i recently moved to middle east saudi arabia [ work ], i want to build my own PC , sadly online shopping is not available to here [ as far as i know ] and shipping from the US is risky since no one can guarantee the shipment .
i searched the net and i found i am being ripped off on some hardware , i haven't brought anything yet but all the market here is selling at the same prices so please help

here goes :

1-Processor : i5 3.1 GHz with built-in fan=============================price is 200$
2-fan for the processor : thermaltake , 1SGC-100=======================price is 45 $

3-Motherboard : Asus P8p67-M-PRO================================price is 230$
4-PSU: Gigabyte 720 Watts======================================price is 95$
5-RAM: 2x 2 GB Gskill DDR3 1333==================================price is 54$
6-VGA: EVGA 1024 Nvidia GTX 560Ti================================price is 385$ { obvious ripoff , but the whole market is the same }
6-VGA alternative : sparkle GTx 460 2gb=============================price is 306 $$

7-Case : need a good looking one , and good for hot temp places ===========less than 100$
8-Hardisk: seagate 1 TB , 75000 RPM ===============================price is 65 $$ {samsung is not available }
9-dvd , mouse keyboard, led monitor already owned

i am not an expert in choosing parts , i did a little research here on the forums.
please advice on which parts are expensive , which should be replaced [ like the PSU ] , or a better Motherboard .

Computer usage: High specs gaming in a hot temperature [ crysis , cities xl 2011 , modern warfare 2 ]

Hello there, please be more specific on what I5 you choosed so we can guide you on the right path :)
The PSU seams to be bit of an overkill you dont really need 720 watts for single gtx 560TI.
The hard disks never had more than 10000 RPM so yours definly cant have 75000 RPM.
Tell us your resolution so we can see if theres an cheaper alternative to your VGA.

If you plan to get i5 2500 choose the K version considering you choosed an P67 motherboard that can overclock your processor in the future if you will need to.
Why would you want no fan ? your temperatures would be even higher in that chase.
I think Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus should be more than enough for your processor if you can find it there on shops.
I would advice an 650 Watts PSU if you dont plan to SLI in the future (quality PSU : Antec,XFX,Seasonic)
Your mother board has no PCI expansion slots , i would advice you to get an slightly more expansive(or cheaper with PCI slots and similar features) Asus P8P67 B3 wich has 3 PCI slots maybe in the future you might wanna add an sound card or something that uses PCI slots and u wount be able to on your board

Hard disks this days have an RPM of 5400 - 7200 - 10000 nothing more or less i think :) just for your knowledge.
Wish this helpt you.

I5 2500k has 2 ways of being sold with cooler (Box) or without it, its all the matter of how u can find it in the stores .
If you plan yo overclock your computer and SLI in the future 750w might not be enough or you would be on the edge , id advice you to get 800Watts psu to be safe for the whole lifetime of your computer :)
