Here is my build so far, i have spent over the last 3 weeks changing my mind, adding/removing items so now i want to get an opinion .



CASE: Coolermaster 932 Black Edition ( its *** large case but has good airflow)

Motherboard/CPU: Upcoming 6/8 core AMD Zambezi chip ( i am an AMD fan boy)

PSU: Corsair AX850 (Would *** AX750 be enough to OC my AMD processor and handle two sli 6970? maybe overclocked aswell?)


GPU: R6970 Lightning ( i like the cooler on it, makes it for *** quiet system)
HDD: G.Skill 120GB SSD (already own)

RAM: Want to spend around $170-200,(not sure which is the best Cl7,8,9 etc)

OPTICAL DRIVE: LG/Samsung 22x Box

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Noctua NH-D14- Large but it can cool ive heard, also somewhat quiet

1TB Caviar Black (whats the difference in performance compared to F3 and the caviar green?)

If you could help me out with some of the questions above that would be AWESOME,

the difference in preformance between the wd caviar black and spinpoint f3 is not that big. go with the f3 u save 30$ and since u already have *** big ssd it is not that big of *** deal because there will just be music, movies, etc.... they dont need to be on *** super fast hard drive

i would go with the 750w if you wont go cf and the 850w if you do plan on doing that

8gb of ram is plenty and it will let you spend more money on graphics cards maybe 6950 cf oh and that will use only 750w
i use those progams and my ram usage with 8gb is never 100%
