Solution

At this point get the cheapest u can get, the difference is next to nothing.

Cool.

Before u spend any money, for $350 u can build yourself 4 times faster PC.

So think first what u might need, because fixing old PC could get expensive : )
 
It really doesn't matter, even going from DDR2 800 to DDR3 2100 is only a 10 nano second difference. I also saw a benchmark I think at anandtech where they did a speed comparison and the difference from the bottom to the top was 0.35 fps...

But me personally if the difference was within 10 bucks, id grab the 800mhz one.
 



Yup easy way to tell is to open up task manager and monitor how much ram you are using throughout the day.
