WOW requires what CPU?

Last response: in CPUs

The cpu and gpu that WoW requires depends on what screen resolution you will use and how much detail you require. You can play WoW on almost any PC with a discrete graphics card, and some PCs using onboard graphics.

Your link doesn't point to anything.

Need to know your budget and what screen size you intend to use.

John544 is kidding; his mentioned stuff will be very extreme configuration and cost a fortune. CPU alone is $999 .....

Edit: We need to know your budget and screen-resultion/size; as what Twoboxer asked also.

If you have a low budget, a dual core AMD system with cheap/onboard GFX should do fine. It won't max it (a better vid needed for that), but it will play it fine.

you have a $1500 dollar budget and you come asking about a cpu .. sounds more like you are in the i want a whole new pc business.

On your propposed screen resolution I would honestly go for a bigger screen first, and the buy mobo+cpu+gpu+powersupply.
Whatever the case, we would like some more details

Looks good thanks

That is very good but its alot more than you need for WOW especially if you don't get a new monitor with higher resolution. You could save some money and get an i3 2100 and a 460GTX or 560.
