I3-2100 does not support more than 1333 mhz ram ?

It doesn't "support it" to the extent that Intel doesn't guarantee that it will work. However, most motherboards do enable XMP profiles and the Sandybridge i3 series do support them.

What this means is that it should work, but only because the capability is there. It may end up being unstable and thus you will have to fall back to 1333

It is important to make sure the ram you get runs @1.5v not 1.65v at 1600 speeds.
According to Intel 1.65v voids your warranty and "MAY" kill your processor.
The board you listed supports 1600 memory. But may be unstable dependin on the memory you use.
Check the memory support list on the webpage you posted. It has been tested stable with the few listed.
