Can my Motherboard support SATA 3 on my SSD?

Board: DELL Inc. 0X501H A02
Serial Number: ...
Bus Clock: 133 megahertz
BIOS: DELL INC. A14 10/26/2009

That board has the Intel ICH10 SATA controller, which is a SATA II 3Gb/s interface.

So yes, it will support a SATA III SSD, but won't have the bandwidth of a SATAIII Controller.

However, from what I have seen you can't tell a difference performance wise between the 2 for daily tasks.

The biggest benefit of an SSD for system responsiveness is its extremely low latency, and you'll get that on SATA II. SATA III will increase maximum throughput substantially, but this has much less of an effect than you'd expect.
