I have Corsair vengeance 2x4gb 1600mhz ddr3 ram atm.
I want to buy this mobo: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3897
and this cpu: i5 2500k 1155.

Will that mobo support my memory ? Its not on the support list tho, will it work without a heartbeat and problems ?
Will that mobo also support my other components:
3 case fans
gtx 560 925mhz factory OC by asus
corsair gs600
5400rpm sata2 hdd
corsair gt 90gb sandforce ssd

I guess it depends on what model Vengeance you have, you don't mention.

The link you provide clearly states:

4 x 1.5V DDR3 DIMM sockets supporting up to 32 GB of system memory
* Due to Windows 32-bit operating system limitation, when more than 4 GB of physical memory is installed, the actual memory size displayed will be less than 4 GB.
Dual channel memory architecture
Support for DDR3 2133/1866/1600/1333/1066 MHz memory modules
Support for non-ECC memory modules
Support for Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) memory modules

As long as it's 1.5v or less it will be fine.

even is over 1.5V ( most of OLD DDR3 1600 require 1.65V) this motherboard still support Voltage adjust on the ram.... for the worst case i sit just run on 1333... but it should still work..
