Biostar TZ77XE4 - any opinions?

Biostar has, in my experience very stable mobos. I have the ASRock P67 Extheme6 for my ganer and the Biostar H67+ for my home server. Never had a problem with the Biostar.

This build is for gaming. I want it to be as future-proof as possible (dual-GPU, Ivy Bridge, etc.). I am going to overclock my CPU as well. It will have:

I5 2500K
Radeon 7850 or 7870

I have decided on a Z77 extreme4 board. Many have suggested the ASRock version, but it would cost me $40 more.

Is the Biostar worth getting with a discount? Or should I pay more for the ASRock?
