EBay DTS Decoder for X-530 - True DTS/Dolby Digital for Consoles?

Guys, I have the Logitech X-530, if I hooked these up to the eBay DTS decoders from Hong Kong.. then hooked up my Xbox360/PS3 via spdif optical.. would it work as TRUE 5.1?

Yes, but keep in mind Dolby and DTS are lower quality then standard, uncompressed analog audio, so you'd want to use direct analog if you can.

That being said, product should work. Basically takes in Coax/Optical, decodes the signal, and outputs as analog.

The thing is, its either this.. Or I hook my Logtech X530 straight to my computer with the Green, Orange and Black cable.. and use the Line in on my integrated sound card to allow the Xbox to connect via RCA > 3.5mm

OR

use the Logitech games console adapter that connects the red/white RCA straight to the speakers and makes them all work as stereo. Which will not get me the 5.1 from my xbox, I think the only way to get 5.1 through my X530 on an xbox360/PS3 is via this decoder!
