Ga970aud3 bios

Hi,
I'm having a problem with my new GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3 motherboard.
It shuts down Windows 7 and reebots several times per hour.
I have a AMDFX 4 3600 Mhz CPU.
CPU-Temperature is around 30 degr. Celsius.
2 SATA3 drives.
No errormessages.
One of the heatsinks AMd 970? (not CPU) feels hot to me.
I found a new bios version (is an .exe-file) but insure if
it's safe to flash the bios.

What are the rest of your systems components - psu memory, video card? names and model numbers would be most helpful. It might be a power problem or memory trouble so system specs would be a big help.

can monitor temperature in bios for a period of time to see any varied condition?
