Should I get warranty on any of these products? if you guys have any suggestion on better products or at least cheap and reliable i am welcome to them. Newegg offers alot of Seagate 1TB but the reviews and my personal experience place me against it. Thanks for all opinions

That looks like a good setup. Since you cannot crossfire on that board, there is no way you need 650w, you won't even need 400w. Check out this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371033&Tpk=antec%20380 (may have to substitute if you decide to get a gaming graphics card)

The 160MHz ram you linked will work fine, it will simply be downclocked. Go ahead and get it.

I also suggest a slight case upgrade, just because of the airflow factor in this case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119233&Tpk=haf%20912
If it's to big, the case you picked will work just fine.

Look at this HDD, they are very reliable and very fast...

I would also not worry about warranty, as the manufacturers provide their own.
Will you need a monitor?
Hope that helps ya!
