Just Finished New build and Keyboard won't work

I just finished installing everything in my new case, I have a MSI X58A-GD45 Motherboard, I have tried pc/2 connections and usb. I have checked everything and it all seems correct. what should i do from here?

I have the Master Cooler 922 HAF case,
MSI X58A-GD45 Motherboard
nvidia 460 video card
8g of ram
master cooler 700wat power supply

Also I a 40g SSD drive to install operating system on.

So, you have tried two different keyboards then I assume and no go? Is it throwing you any errors? Do you have the latest MOBO drivers installed and such?

If using USB keyboard, Check in BIOS to make sure it's enabled. On mine, I can disable it.
