Keyboard doesn't work on new build

I just finished installing everything in my new case, I have a MSI X58A-GD45 Motherboard, I have tried pc/2 connections and usb. I have checked everything and it all seems correct. what should i do from here?
I have the Master Cooler 922 HAF case,

nvidia 460 video card
8g of ram
