Please Guide me for the video card replacement

I have a Dell Dimension E521,Athlon 64 3800+(2.40GHz, 512K) with 256MB nVidia GeForce 7300LE TurboCache. The video card is no more working and I want to replace it with the exact same one, however I could not find the exact replacement anywhere. It would be great if some one can guide me to the place where I can find it.
Secondly I found another video card which I think might be compatible to my PC, can some one advice if this would fit my PC.

Just replace it with something newer and you can't use an AGP card.

Cheapest option is the Zotac although it's even cheaper on newegg.

Also 7300LE only comes in PCIe. To be absolutely sure you could open up the case and look at the slots.
