My hcl series u39 model laptop is not booting,what is reasion

My HCL laptop model U39 is not go boot menu ,and not booting.??whenever i press a bios menu setting key F2.what my problum in laptop...???

Can u see the disc in the BIOS window?

my laptop run on window7..???and not any type of error present this window.only my system not appear boot menu of press F2 key..?and also not booting..??
