Installing another fan

this is my case "coolermaster elite 430 mid-tower gaming case" If I wanted to install another fan, would it be possible? also it has two air vents on the top, nothing there, but if you check the case out ittle show u, would I be able to install a fan there? or shoot, any help would be nice lol

zooming in on the newegg pictures, it looks like you can install 1 fan on the side window, 2 on top, and even 1 on the bottom, forward of your PSU. But why?

well my fps in games just drops randomly, to unplayable amounts, even if the setting are on low, my gpu is 6850 ati, and my cpu is 965 black edition phenom, with liquid cooling, everything is updated, so i have no clue what else it could be other than parts being too hot
