I just finished my first build. I turned on the computer and the CPU fan didn't start. All the other fans work, but even if I try to give the CPU fan a physical nudge, it won't start. I can get into the bios, but I don't want to mess around in there for too long if the CPU fan isn't going.
Here is my build: Mobo: MSI P67A-GD55 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) 4 x 256KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Video card: GIGABYTE GV-R687OC-1GD Radeon HD 6870 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity Memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL8D-4GBXM PSU: CORSAIR Enthusiast Series CMPSU-650TX 650W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply
Any ideas? This is killing me.
Thanks a lot.

Did you check to make sure that the CPU cable is properly plugged in? It can be confusing. Double check the manual to make sure it's properly plugged in. Is it a stock fan or aftermarket?
If by CPU cable you mean the CPU fan cable, yeah its plugged into the motherboard properly. There are little plastic clips that make sure it goes in the right way.
