Best memset time settings how to etc. help

Hi there,i was using a program called memset but half on the stuff i dont know like (page close idle timer) or (refresh mode select)
idk if lower is better than higher or vise-versa.

i was testing different times at one point i had an amazing 10 sec load on black ops zombie and mw3 noticeably loaded faster but it was unstable after about 30 min. when i came upstairs after playing and saw that my pc had restarted i lowered some elements that had high amount of numbers and i think i hit my sweet spot but i want to know more about what they mean i got a rough image on what is fast or isnt but can any on translate it into English please!

Memset is for people who don't know how to use the bios.

If you want a faster load time but unstable computer, then do what your doing.

If you want a stable computer, leave your memory at the settings listed on the dimm sticker.

yes my bois dosen't work right because its and old mobo

i have a 99.9% stable settings with maximum speed now but i just want to know more about what they mean
