What do i do when my computer says i have one or more devices connect to my mode

Hello,my computer can't conn to the net i have a valid ip addr. and my computer will not conn. when i go to diagnois conn problem i receive a msg that says you have two or more devices conn to the mdm. but i am running a direct conn how do i fix this

It happens once in a while and the fix is simple, do a modem reset:

- turn off your computer,
- unplug modem from wall outlet (and remove the batteries if there is some) for about a minute or two, then plug it back,
- turn on your computer.

That's it. It MAY not work if you don't shutdown your computer.
