Being my first homebuilt computer, I want to make sure everything works. Tom's Hardware seemed to be the best place to ask for advice.
Feel free to offer suggestion of better or more reliable parts (or even any that I'm missing!), but I want to keep this computer under $1000 dollars, being on a tight budget. Thanks for all your help!

Approximate Purchase Date: Sometime over the summer/ Whenever I manage to sell my truck.

Budget Range: Under $1,000 Before / After Rebates

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Movies, Music, Surfing the Internet

Parts Not Required: OS, Keyboard, Mouse, Speakers, Monitor

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg.com

Country of Origin: United States

Parts Preferences: Intel Processor, Nvidia Graphics, Mid ATX case

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: I will, but later when i can afford another graphics card

Monitor Resolution: I think its 1600x1200

Additional Comments: I dont want anything to break. Just want a PC that will run, and run well.
