Questions with building pc for starcraft 2

i was planning on buying the below to play starcraft 2 (medium to high)

I was wondering, what the consequence is of having the mobo's PCI Express x16 slot, which apparently slows the graphics card (which is pci e 2.0). Will it be at a point, where i won't be able to play starcraft?


2) Additionally, can anybody recommend the cheapest memory cards that can be played with the gear i have above (i only need 4gb ram, nothing more)?

I don't understand your question on slowing down the pcie lanes...what video card? Starcraft 2 does not have high requirements...I can play on low/a few mediums on my 5450. Something like a 5770 would work...

Don't worry about that, PCIE x16 is plenty fast enough

Just get the cheapest DDR3 memory you can. Don't worry about the speed of it, as the difference you will see will be minimal
