With the ASRock Z68 and the Intel® Core™ i5-2500K you have a good start on build an outstanding gaming system. I don’t see any issues with the build except for the lack of a video card and as long as you aren’t planning on running Crossfire or SLI your power supply should serve you well.

I dont see a GPU in there. So you forgot it or you plan to use intel integrated graphics. If your forgot it I recommend a HD6850 for moderate gaming. IF you plan on using intell Im not sure the k series chips come with that and even if they did you would not be able to do any gaming aside from WoW on very low settings.

I don't plan on playing any games other than flash games my kids play. Mainly video editing and office work. Just want something that will transcode quickly.

If I do add a HD6850 should I up the PSU?

The 600W version of the OCZ PSU that you selected would give you some more upgrade headroom and is only $10 more. (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...7341017&cm_re=ocz_600w-_-17-341-017-_-Product) Either way, that's a good PSU. Personally, I would (did, actually) buy the 600W. The 500W will definitely be fine for most graphics cards.

If you don't want your SSD to flop around in your case, you need to get a mounting bracket adapter thing for it. The bracket basically allows you to mount the SSD in a normal HDD bay. For example: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...drive_mounting_bracket-_-16-215-157-_-Product
