Extension For Main PSU Cable?

Hello guys, first time here.

I just wanted to ask if there's such thing as an extension cable for the main PSU cable? The one with (I don't know the name of it) the multiple wires connected to one connector that goes directly to the motherboard.
Because recently I bought myself a GTX 560 Ti and when inserting it, that cable was the only one that prevented it from doing so..

Its sleeved which makes it nicer than the rest, its just an extension for the 24 pin Main ATX connector.
