ASRock X79 Extreme9 Sound Card " The BEEP IS GONE" (Good thing)

Just got an update for our soundcard from the MS Update and my very loud pop sound I get when the PC boots up or shuts down is gone. I had to tweak my settings a bit to get the sound level right afterwards, but that finally worked. I rebooted to test to see if doing that brought back the loud POP but no. Now my only complaint is the soundcard is too powerful !!!!!
