ASRock Extreme3 970 AM3+ board

This board will be arriving today via Newegg, along w/ a 965BE and 8GB (2x4GB) AMD branded DDR3-1333. Anyone using this board with this config.?

After checking out the three 'Xfast' techs that ASRock has for download, I've decided not to use them, do they offer any real advantages?

Also, they list an 'Etron USB 3.0' driver in the downloads section of their site for this board, however the latest AMD chipset drivers appear to have USB 3.0 drivers... any ideas on which ones I should use?
