Need Help!

Ok so i'm not sure that the power supply i am planning on getting will be good enough for the system i want, its a 400W Xigmatek PSU. Here's the system specs,
Intel Core i3 2100 (2 x 3.10Ghz)
Asus P8H61-M LX2 (Rev. 3)
4GB DDR3 1333mhz (2x 2GB)
500GB S-ATAII 3.0Gb/s
22x DVD±RW DL S-ATA
NVIDIA GeForce GT 220 1GB
19' Widescreen LCD
Xigmatek Asgard (Case)

The Xigmatek PSU is OK at best. You are better off with the Corsair 430w below...

^ If this is the one, then it would just power the system fine,... Actually can even handle HD 5750 and such cards easy,...

Yes that is the one i'm planning on buying, will it be okay running games such as COD4?
^ Actually $10 less with the $5 code and no hassle of rebates,... and the warranty is pretty good,...
And if planning for gaming, better to change your graphics card,...
