Which one I have 1-400$ to spend, and been planning on upgrading my sound card for awhile only have a stock. I'm not sure which to go with, read alot of reviews and most of them have great reviews can i get any help newegg will be the site I buy them off of unless another has better deals. also plan on getting speakers have 200-400 to spend on that so if you have any ideas pls post

Hmm... if you're getting a speaker setup and have up to $400 for a sound card, I'd have to recommend the Asus Xonar D2X.

That's basically the best consumer PCI-Express surround sound card money can buy right now. If you really, really don't want to have an auxiliary power connector, though, the HT Omega Claro Halo is the next best thing, although it uses a PCI interface instead of PCIe. Equally amazing sound quality.

Only downside is that there is no EMI shielding around the card, so you'll have to keep it as far away as possible from any high-power components (PSU, GPU).

You'll have to have someone else recommend speakers for your setup, though. I'm a headphone guy myself and don't know much about what's available when it comes to a good speaker system.
