Power consumption for i7 2600+h61

Hello,how many watt is enough for a setup of i7 2600+h61+2.5'hdd+2*ddr3?
is a 120w dc-atx PSU enough?

well,i'm trying to build a mini-ITX PC with a quad-core cpu. i want it as small as possible. i think a dc-atx PSU is much better in size than a standard size PSU. but i am not sure if it has enough power for a quad-core setup.
i sum up the TDP of cpu and chipset and memory and hdd, the number is not greater than 120w,so why 250w?
