Buy or Build Questions

Hi All,
I'm thinking about buying the computer below from Cyberpower or else buying everything from newegg and building myself. However, I have never built one before. I will use it for mostly gaming. Just had a few questions.
Thanks, Brian

1. Does the computer build/compatibility make sense?

2. Will i need to buy fans? I was just going to use the stock fan that came with the psu and the fans that come with the case.

3. Will i need to make a bunch of setting changes once I have everything connected?
