the presentation layer and session layer are two layers that exist in the OSI model but do not exist in the TCP/IP model. these twon layers perform certain specific functions. but since they were absent in the TCP/IP model, then who performs the function in the TCP/IP model? are they not implemented at all? or are they implemented elsewhere?
