the presentation layer and session layer are two layers that exist in the OSI model but do not exist in the TCP/IP model. these twon layers perform certain specific functions. but since they were absent in the TCP/IP model, then who performs the function in the TCP/IP model? are they not implemented at all? or are they implemented elsewhere?

the TCP has to do more in the interconnection that has to be uploaded by some one that knows more on interconnection
