GTX 460/768 vs HD 5770/1G for MS Flight Simulator x

I know most of you don't use FSX but I do and I need a graphics card for an i7-870. FSX is an old 32 bit program that mostly uses one processor but is very graphics intensive with sliders to bite off all you can chew.

Any recommendations either way? Thanks.

    Running win7-64 SP1 on an i7 870 Quad core 2.93 GHz, 8 GB DDR3/1333 ram, 1 TB SATA HDD, 24 IN WS Dell 2407WFP HDMI usually at 1920x1200 with a second monitor Dell 1800FP @ 1280x1024. Current graphics card is a GT240 512 MB DDR5

Any new card will get a new power supply to feed it. Mostl likely a 650 Watt. Thanks.

  4. Your specs are good.
    How about budget?

If budget is enough then you might want to consider HD6950:

    Or GTX570:

I'm pretty sure you'll be happy with either card performance... :)
