Cooling fan question -VCool

I have a new computer that has a GTS 450 in it. I have not played any games on it yet, but plan to. It runs anywhere from 54-60 degrees Celsius idle. Should I buy this cooling fan? My video card is running via VGA slot. (I mean the monitor is connected via VGA slot). Will this fan fit?
