What Asrock Mobo do I get Render/Gaming PC

Hello, I am currently building a Render/Gaming Pc with a i7 3630k and a GTX 680 my question is to you which Asrock Mobo should I go with. I want to overclock to 4.8 ghz I am sure all three of these can do that But what are the benefits of the higher end models?

ASRock X79 Extreme4 will let u OC to 4.8 ghz.

Higher end models have more features, ports, better power design and better components.

So they are worth it if I plain to go higher then SLI and would want more then 32 gb ram max?

More of the Power Phase Design, better it OC and stable it is.

U can get higher overclock and still stable, so it does not crashes, when past the higher speeds 5+GHz.
