I would greatly appreciate any advice on replacing a non-functioning P6T Deluxe.

System is used mostly for analysis of large datasets / statistics, with a bit of amateur gaming in the evenings. Was happy with the performance of the above, which is no longer functioning, lights/no fans.

Antec Three Hundred Black Case
Intel Core I7 940 2.93GHz overclocked to 3.4 GHz
Asus P6T Deluxe X58 Motherboard
Arctic Silver 5 Paste
3 additional 120mm Cooling Fans
6GB DDR3 PC2-10666 Memory
Radeon HD 4870 512MB
WD 1000GB 7200RPM Hard Disk
Corsair High Performance 750W PSU

Many thanks in advance!

"System is no longer functioning" , when you say no lights or fans - seems like a power supply issue to me. I may be mis-reading that.

what have you done to troubleshoot?

Hi, thanks for the interest, any help greatly appreciated.

A little water was spilt on the case and through a chasis fan when the power was off. 48 hours later on attempting to boot, nothing.

All details are here on a post I got little response to unfortunately.

I've tested all outputs from the power supply with a volt meter and found them to be exactly normal. Re-sited everything and exchanged the ram. If you know the board, the power and reset buttons light, but no reponse on pressing power. No fans/beeps etc.

I'm changing the board out of desparation for what else to do.
