Missing bootmgr

Hello,

I recently had an update for Mcafee and the computer would not boot up afterwards. It said please insert windows disk. I have tried to restore my computer (Toshiba Satellite A135) but keep running into the same problem. Missing bootmgr. I have been to several forums and tried many things but can't figure it out.

Please HELP

-Run WindowsPE, load the program menu, look for the boot/boot manager section
