Hello I am installing a new i5-3570k Ivy bridge CPU and will need to flash my Bios to make it work correctly and I just wanted to double check some things before I do this for the first time. My motherboard is a ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard.

The link to update it and instructions are at, http://www.asrock.com/mb/download.asp?Model=Z68%20Extreme3%20Gen3&o=BIOS I was just wondering is that the only update I need to bother with to get the board up and running again, following the instructions it has will everything work alright or is there anything else I need to know? Also just to be sure, does the new CPU need to be put in before I flash it or do you need to flash it before the new one goes in?

I also noticed on their Driver page it also has some more updates for the Ivy Bridge CPU and was wondering if those need to be put on the Flash Drive also or if I just grab them after I flash it.

The other drivers in question are listed here: http://www.asrock.com/mb/download.asp?Model=Z68%20Extreme3%20Gen3&o=Vista64 the new ones are the ones listed on 4/30/12

Thanks advance for the help!
