Ecs 35 motherbard repair

I am a desktop support person that supports the Gateway E4620D computers. We have had doxens of these computers all fail with the same symptom which is the computer constantly cycles on and off. Replacing the motherboard resolves the problem. These Gateways use the ECS Q35 Motherboard with Intel vPro
I would like to attempt to isolate and repair the bad motherboards. Does anyone have a solutionto this problem?

This is a long shot...

But if you look at the MB check the capacitors. Make sure the top isn't "doming out"

email ecs you may be able to get a repair guild for that mb if you ask nice. it help you follow the patch of power to where the fault is or ecs may know what part is the issue and tell you.
