The i5-2500K is absolutely better option than i7-2600 and it is 75$ less!!

The i5-2500K & Gigabyte z68-ud3p combo that Gkay09 is talking about seems like a great deal.

For the Ram I recommend the G.Skill Ripjaws X 1600MHz Cl9 it is higher quality than A-Data:

HDD : the 640GB is only 1$ more than the 500GB!

Graphics :
I suggest the MSI GTX560 Ti 1GB OC'd to 880MHz (the Gigabyte Radeon 6950 is a good choice too, but I'm a fan of Nvidia so I suggested the gtx560 Ti since they have about the same performance and Price)
