Patch's on screen for dell St2320L monitor ?

I have brought a Dell ST2320L monitors 2 months before an now i am having patches on my screen for light colors eg: grey, black, violet etc

The patche's occur when the colors blend into each other, i tried LCD conditioning but it goes on n on n on n on for ever ?

Is my monitor having some hardware issues ? I have connected it to my GPU 9600GT with a Belkin high speed HDMI cable + the contrast is also too high an i can't controll it after a specific level, i am having white layer on my screen due to high contrast.

Hi ...

I have same monitor with same problem, only way to fix this is to use DMI cable not HDMI.
HDMI = Too high gamma levels and is impossible to fine tune.
