Hi guys, Im currently building my first pc....GOD.

So I put ther motherboard in and have placed it correctly over all the correct standoffs. I have screwed in the mobo to the standoffs.

However, sometimes the screw doesnt go all the way(no idea why) and so there is a little movement between the stand off and mobo. Im talking, 1mm. Is that not good or should I try redoing it. Some screws go all the way and it is a snug fit, but a couple wont and so I have a tiny bit of movement.....help'??????

Also, the little welds that surround the mounting holes on the mobo. On some holes they surround it completely and on others there are only a few. How important are these little welds/solder and if there is a hole with none what should I do???

Dont really want to screw up my first build but feels like Im on the way....

Thanks for your advice

If everything is properly secured and nothing moves/falls out of place then you're good to go no need to worry so much. Just don't screw too tightly. You can break your motherboard if you do it
