I need to find the most reliable and best price-performer motherboard for a gamming computer in an internet cafe enviironment.

I am assuming that you are planning on using them as a business, not just taking your computer to a internet cafe...

So for cheap and reliable I would suggest these guys.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157279

With 8GB of 1600MHz RAM
and an i5-2400

Those will be solid, and work very well. If you were building one for yourself I would suggest something a little higher end that you can overclock, but from what I understand that is not the purpose.

Thank you for your reply, yes it is for business, It currently is an operating cafe. I need approximately 100 upgrades but cannot afford all at once. The current systems do not have enough memory. The difference in price of DDR2 and DDR 3 would pay for a new MB. Then it is only the CPU, I suppose.

when looking into a motherboard, what decides what you pick is:

1. CPU socket, depending on what cpu you have decided

then the follow up questions are

2. How many gpus are you planning to use. if its one, then you can automatically aim for the lower cost boards like above.

3. Ram frequency compatability

4. smaller, but # of 3 pins for system fans depending on case

5. minor, how many normal pci slots/usb/sata ports you need
