Also i'm thinking of getting the GTX560Ti instead of the radeon hd 6870. Do you think i should?

What about the rest of the build?
I'm hoping to run most video games with high/max settings.
Would this build be capable of doing that?

I run crysis 2 in the about 50 FPS
crysis about 45 FPS
Battlefield Bad Company 2 about 50 FPS

Awesome, so pretty much everything but the RAM is different but that doesn't matter too much.
