Bluetooth peripheral device for 64 bit

Hello,
i got a dongle bluetooth device. im tryin to install it all the way but needs the bluetooth peripheral device for windows 7 64 bit, i got a hp windows 7 without any bluetooth software and when i install a driver for it, it shows its not connected but it is. thanks
